Claiming Points

To claim your points you must return a valid Points Confirmation Statement (or the old Points Confirmation Form if you have already been sent one) along with a Points Claim Form and any associated vouchers.

Fax these to 08700 50 20 60 or post to Office Green Technologies, Montrose House, 412-416 Eastern Avenue, Ilford, Essex, IG2 6NQ.

You can request a Points Confirmation Statement and download a Points Claim Form on-line from your personal recycling site (to log-in click here ). Your Points Confirmation Statement will be emailed to you by return showing valid unclaimed points.

A points confirmation can also be obtained via our Customer Service Hotline on 08700 50 20 50 - a quick call will reveal all necessary data and can be confirmed by either email, fax or post - the choice is yours.

In line with other modernisation, no further points or claim correspondence will be dispatched automatically without your request.

 
The Beneficiary
1. If you send mobile phones or inkjets to us via our Freepost bag service the value of your items will be donated to your specified charity.
2. If you send mobile phones or inkjets to us via our Freepost box service, providing the box meets our minimum collection criteria, the value of your collection will be paid to your usual beneficiary - either back to your organisation or to the charity of your choice. You can either specify this when you request a box or when you receive a Points Confirmation Form.
3. If you send mobile phones, inkjets or laser cartridges to us via a carrier/own courier collection, you must meet the minimum collection criteria to qualify for payment. The value of your collection will be paid to your usual beneficiary - either back to your organisation or to the charity of your choice. You can either specify this when you request a carrier collection/own collection ID, or when you claim your points.
