Cartridge Recycling
Whilst other companies have complicated price structures and rules for returning empty toner and inkjet cartridges, Office Green have the simplest and most recycling focused scheme.
Our collection program enables you to send ALL your printer cartridges back (not just the good ones). This ensures you comply with your own Duty of Care as well as offering you a variety of ways to be paid.
Better still is that we are not affiliated to any remanufacturer or office dealer so we will not try and sell you any new toner or inkjet cartridges back, that’s a promise!
Recycling made easy
We operate a points system where currently every laser printer cartridge and fuser on our monthly points list is worth 0.75 points and every inkjet cartridge 0.35 points.
As long as you have a minimum of ten fusers, toner or inkjet cartridges that appear on our points list, then we are able to offer you a free collection.
Once you have the required points listed cartridges you are then also able to return ANY other unlisted fusers, toner and inkjet cartridges (excluding toner bottles/containers/kits, compatibles and ribbons which are classified as waste), without being penalised or incurring any surcharges.
Simple statements
After each collection that has the minimum number of listed cartridges, you will receive an itemised collection statement and a claim form for you to redeem your points for either single or multiple collections.
If you do not send a minimum of ten points listed cartridges or do include more than 10% 'waste' with your collection, then unfortunately you will not earn any points for the entire collection.

We provide a variety of boxes and bags to enable you to return your toner and inkjet cartridges simply and safely and in the most environmentally and monetary effective way.
Reuse over Recycling
It is important to note that toner and inkjet cartridges have most value for re-use over and above traditional raw material recycling. This means it is key that they are received at our recycling processing centre undamaged and fit for purpose, so please package them well.
Zero to landfill
Unlike other schemes, Office Green operate a zero to landfill policy. You can therefore be safe in the knowledge that the toner and inkjet cartridges you return to us will be processed in the most environmentally friendly way that we can.
