19 year old Stephen Sutton, who was diagnosed with cancer aged 15 and treated on Teenage Cancer Trust units, has achieved a phenomenal fundraising amount in the last few days, his fundraising will make a huge difference for other young people facing cancer.

Already an ambassador and major fundraiser for the charity, Stephen's story went viral this week and captured the public's imagination in an overwhelming way. He has been featured in an amazing array of news outlets both local and global, and been supported by a host of celebrities who have tweeted support for him, including Stephen Fry, Jason Manford, Russell Brand, Piers Morgan, Clare Balding, Gary Lineker, Steve Coogan, Carol Vorderman and Caitlin Moran.

Stephen was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in 2010. Despite periods of remission, he later found out his cancer was incurable. However, Stephen was determined to stay positive, and decided to make a bucket-list of things he wanted to achieve – with a goal of raising £10,000 for Teenage Cancer Trust at number one on his list. He later increased this to £500,000 and then updated it to £1 million and today has amazingly surpassed £3 million.
